1. Retrieve your log-in ID and password
2. Select your programs and write down the course ID #
3. Complete a test run on the computer you will be using

Older versions of Internet Explorer (8 or lower) are not compatible with our registration page. Users with older versions will be unable to access the login screen. Please upgrade to the most recent version of Internet Explorer or use a different program such as Firefox or Google Chrome.

1. Have your credit card and course codes ready
2. Log-on to the registration page at 8 AM
3. Register without delay!

Vivo is pleased to work with organizations such as Canadian Tire - Jumpstart and KidSport Canada to offer subsidies for child & youth registered programs.

Five days or more before a program start date:

• Refunds, less a $15 administration fee.
• Transfers from one program to another within the same session, no administration fee.
• Transfers from one program to another within a different session, less a $15 administration fee.

Less then than five days before program start date:

• Refunds and transfers, less a $25 administration fee. Exceptions to the fee include:
• Medical (a physicians letter must be provided), no administration fee.
• Moving outside of town (proof of relocation must be provided), less a $15 administration fee.

Cancellation Policy for Swimming Lessons:

If your child does not pass their current level and you need to cancel their registration for the next session you will be required to pay our standard cancellation fee unless all of the following applies:

• You’re cancelling a preregistered level that is not the correct level for your child due to the unexpected completion/incompletion and there is not room to transfer into another class.
• You can provide Guest Services with a copy of the report card indicating completion/incompletion of their level on the last day of lessons.

Note: If you do not attend the last day of lessons to pick up the report card, the cancellation fee will not be waived. The cancellation must be done on the last day of lessons and the report card must be provided to Guest Services.

Missed Classes:

If you happen to miss a class, we are not able to offer a make-up class or give a credit. If we happen to cancel a single class, we will apply a credit to your account to be used for future Vivo experiences!
